• Collaborated with multiple engineers and designers to create a mobile application from the ground up. This project provided customers with a full end-to-end cryptocurrency experience. • Built an administration UI for an asset tokenisation engine, giving partners the ability to manage their assets, tokens, invoices, & wallets.

• Leveraged the use of multiple AI & agentic tools in my day-to-day work, enabling me to solve problems and ship features faster, as well as increase test coverage and improve my approach to professional development.

• Modernised legacy Fintech and Business Intelligence products, leading to the creation of two new products that were more closely aligned with customer needs, efficient, and maintainable.

• Collaborated within a cross-functional team to build an internal UI components library aligned with business aims. I took the project from inception to a mature project that is currently considerably reducing maintenance overheads and enabling visual consistency across the entire company.
• Volunteered to undergo a three month secondment to the Professional Services team, during which I:
  • Delivered solutions to reporting-based problems directly to customers using my experience with the Phocas suite of products.
  • Collaborated directly with customers via Zoom to ensure these solutions matched their needs and achieved their desired outcomes.

Prior to my promotion to Senior Software Engineer:

• Applied a customer-led approach to all aspects of the software development process, from ideation through to release.

• Led a complete implementation of a campus-wide school management system (SMS), resulting in the proliferation of access to reliable tools for improving the process of day-to-day school and student operations.
• Spearheaded the migration process for the College's learning management system (LMS), leading to richer support for more varied educational experiences, and improved student learning outcomes.
• Built a middleware application to synchronise assignment, rubric, & marking data between the College's LMS and SMS, eliminating the need for double handling of data by teaching staff.
